Katie and John have always loved to entertain, given their family experience in the restaurant and hospitality sector. The Last Spirit was born in 2017 when one of their colleagues asked them to create specialty cocktails for their wedding. John and Katie provided them with a tasting experience based on their favorite spirits and flavors, and it was a hit!

Since launching The Last Spirit, John and Katie have been creating extraordinary moments for friends and clients by designing signature cocktails for their weddings, holiday parties, company events, and intimate gatherings.
